The check-in process was incredibly frustrating due to a lack of on-site staff, which left us stranded when we needed assistance. Not understanding the electronic system, we struggled just to get into the apartment after a long journey. Additionally, the building’s condition is far from satisfactory, with persistent odors in the bathroom and a non-functioning elevator forcing us to lug our luggage up several flights of stairs.

The location is outstanding, making it easy to walk to all landmarks. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with essential items. Upon arrival, we received thoughtful gifts like a glass with a lid and ear muffs, adding a nice personal touch to our stay. Our communication with the local administration was smooth, and they responded to our queries quickly.

The online check-in process? A complete hassle!!! No on-site assistance adds to the stress, especially when you have to fill out unnecessary forms and send pictures!!! Having to drag luggage up three floors due to an elevator failure? Not ideal!!!

the room was decent, but when I needed help to open the door, I waited over an hour! And their check-in process? Absolute chaos! I mean, I expected at least some preferential treatment, but here I was lugging my bags with no one to assist. just couldn’t believe it all. also, please fix your TV instructions, they're non-existent.

The apartment is spacious with a nice living room and two bathrooms, which is perfect for families. It's clean, modern, and ideally located near public transport. Just be mindful of the online check-in requirement, as it was a little tricky to navigate at first.

Fantastic stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations, being both stylish and impeccably clean. The location was ideal for exploring local attractions, and we loved the fast wi-fi to plan our adventures.

We had a fantastic family stay in the Two-Bedroom Apartment. It was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a washing machine, and extra towels. The flat-screen TV and great Wi-Fi were perfect for winding down in the evenings. Plus, it was conveniently located just 2 minutes from Plaza de España!

The apartment felt a bit compact for our family.

Absolutely fantastic apartment! Even better than in the photos, absolutely spotless, very comfortable beds and well-equipped (the tea bags and coffee pods were a lovely extra touch). Great location just a minute from the Plaza de España metro and bus stop, there’s also a small supermarket just down the road which was very convenient.

Sofa bed needs replacing.
